Under this sub-sector, the Ministry will;
- Reduce the Unit cost of LPG to promote its use and reduce dependence on firewood;
- Popularize the use of LPG Nationwide;
- New regulatory and licensing framework for the LPG market, improve standards of cylinders and Enforce occupational safety at LPG processing plants;
- Ensure sustainable and efficient utilization of firewood resources; and
- Promote the use of alternative fuels
